Disproportional Downloading (HTTP 200)
Downloading FinalCrypt 300+ times without running FinalCrypt's "Check Update" will get you blocked from downloading
Install and run FinalCrypt and click the Check Update Button a couple of times and wait a minute to allow your IP address downloads again.
Partial Content Downloading (HTTP 206)
Partial Content downloading (HTTP 206) is usually used by Download Managers for resiliency reasons which is fine, but it's also used to DOS attack websites.
Browsers usually don't download Partial Content so please don't use Download Managers to download FinalCrypt as it most likely will result in a download block.
